This is an exciting opportunity for a New Graduate/Intermediate Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer to gain hands-on experience in design, prototyping, and troubleshooting across a range of technologies.

What You Will Be Doing:

n

n
- Designing electrical circuits for DC/DC converters, actuator drivers, sensor interfacing and Battery Management Systems (BMS)
n
- Developing circuits for digital wired and wireless communications, including BLE and RFID/NFC
n
- Writing embedded software for prototyping, sensor integration, and proof-of-concept development
n
- Troubleshooting and optimising designs to ensure compliance with industry standards
n
- Hands-on tasks such as soldering, testing, and debugging circuit boards
n
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports,



and manufacturing instructions
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
n
- Experience in electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and prototyping
n
- Hands-on skills in soldering, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems
n
- Familiarity with KiCad, Altium, or similar PCB design software
n
- Exposure to wireless communications (BLE, RFID/NFC) or RF-adjacent design is a plus
n
- Exposure to embedded RTOS environments (e.g. Zephyr) is a plus but not required
n
- Exposure to EMC/compliance testing (CE, FCC, RCM) is a plus
n
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning
n
- Interest or background in healthcare technology is a plus
n
- Must be based in Brisbane and able to work onsite
n
