n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine facilitation with program oversight, ensuring training is engaging, compliant and outcomes-focused.

About the role

n

As Training Manager, you'll lead a small team including a Customer Support Officer, Participant Support Officer and LLND Trainers and Facilitator, reporting to the Regional Manager – Wide Bay.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Delivering high-quality LLND training aligned to ACSF/DLSF and program requirements
n
- Creating secure, inclusive and engaging learning environments
n
- Leading, mentoring and supporting facilitators and trainers
n
- Overseeing program delivery to ensure consistency, quality and contract compliance
n
- Leading validation, moderation and continuous improvement processes
n
- Monitoring program KPIs including retention, attendance, progression and outcomes
n
- Building strong relationships with referral agencies, employers and community partners
n
- Representing the organisation at community events and industry forums
n
- Ensuring accurate data capture to support reporting and continuous improvement
n
- Supporting recruitment, performance and development within your team
n

About you

- Demonstrated experience in training and development leadership roles
n
- A track record of delivering business plan objectives
n
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer service focus
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
n
- Flexible, positive leadership style with solid communication and coaching skills
n
- Qualifications in Foundation Skills, Business or Business Administration highly regarded
n

- Right to work in Australia

- Current Open Driver's Licence
n
- National Police Check
n
- Working with Children card
n
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
n
