HSEQ Advisor - ISO Systems, Project Admin & Compliance

n Salary: $100k - $120k + Super

n Are you a passionate HSEQ professional with a strong understanding of ISO systems and compliance in high-risk industries? An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a dynamic and growing team, supporting a range of construction and mechanical service projects across various phases.
n About the Role
n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual-function position, combining Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management with project administration and document control. You will play a key role in ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 (OHS), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 14001 (Environmental) systems, while supporting project teams with documentation and systems performance.
n Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve ISO Management Systems (45001, 9001, 14001)
n
- Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and support incident investigations
n
- Manage document control systems, ensure version control, and support procedural reviews
n
- Coordinate and deliver HSEQ training, inductions, and awareness programs
n
- Prepare reports, manage corrective actions, and maintain risk registers
n
- Support Project Managers in project administration tasks including documentation, risk assessments, and claims preparation
n
- Maintain records of licences, inductions and training
n
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance and continuous improvement
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Quality Management, or related discipline
n
- 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, HVAC, or mechanical services
n
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards
n
- Experience using systems like SharePoint, Aconex, or Hammertech
n

- Current Driver's Licence
