Pullman Magenta Shores is a luxurious 5‐star beachside resort just 15 minutes north of Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast. It offers studio guestrooms, villas, luxury beach houses, terraces, and a variety of dining options including Barretts Restaurant, Shallows Casual Dining and Bar, and the seasonal Lagoon Bar. The resort also features event facilities, the Vie Spa, and a dynamic work environment with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes with flair and creativity

- Take charge of your kitchen section while supporting smooth service flow
n
- Maintain top‐notch hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
n
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
n
- Learn, grow, and sharpen culinary skills in a supportive, energetic environment

What We're Looking For

n

- A passion for food and a drive to grow your culinary career
n
- Flexibility for mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) required for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie
n
- Professional kitchen experience required for Demi Chefs & Chef de Partie
n
- Strong teamwork, communication,



and attention to detail
