A little brief of the role:

This is a hands‐on, high‐energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You'll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
n
- Manage a team of recruiters across states
n
- Driving cutting-edge, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market
n
- Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews
n
- Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent
n
- Partnering with leaders to deliver fast,



quality hiring outcomes
n
- Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding
n
- Keeping recruitment processes sharp, organised and moving
n
