They are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support 2 advisers with strategy development and documentation, particularly for retirement and recontribution strategies.

About the Role
n
You will work closely with advisers to support high‐quality advice delivery, including:
n
n
- Fact find conditioning and strategy support
n
- Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoAs and RoAs)
n
- Supporting retirement planning, pension and recontribution strategies
n
- Working within established advice frameworks and processes
n
- Liaising with advisers to ensure accuracy and quality of advice documents
n
n
About You
n
n
- 3‐5+ years' experience as a Paraplanner in an Australian advice firm
n
- Solid understanding of retirement strategies, superannuation and pensions
n
- High attention to detail and solid written communication skills
n
- Comfortable working closely with advisers in an office‐based environment
n
- Experience with Midwinter highly regarded
n
n
