About the Role:

Join Asado — Melbourne's premium South American steakhouse overlooking the Yarra River at Southbank — as a Full-Time Section Waiter. Inspired by the traditional Argentinian asado, Asado is renowned for its wood-fired cooking, premium wines and warm hospitality. This is an opportunity to deliver exceptional dining experiences while working alongside an experienced and passionate front-of-house team in one of Melbourne's most unique restaurants.

Reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll receive dedicated monthly appraisals, genuine professional support and ongoing opportunities to develop your skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium venue.

In the Section Waiter role, your day-to-day will involve:

n

- Managing your own section while delivering attentive, professional table service
n
- Building rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiences
n
- Confidently recommending food and beverages using strong product knowledge
n
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and attention to detail throughout service
n
- Working closely with the bar, kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
n
- Handling guest feedback professionally while contributing to a positive team culture
n

Our successful candidate will have:

n

n
- 1–2 years' experience as a Section Waiter in a premium, high-volume venue
n
- Passion for hospitality, food and wine
n
- Robust communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with guests
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- Team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
n
