McArthur Recruitment is currently seeking passionate Before & After School Care Educators to join our growing casual team across the Canterbury Bankstown Area.

The Role
You'll be supporting school-aged children in a fun, protected and engaging environment before and after school. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in children's everyday experiences.
Typical hours include:
- Before School Care: approximately 7:00am - 9:00am
- After School Care: approximately 2:30pm - 6:00pm
- Opportunities for additional vacation care hours may also be available
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating fun, engaging activities for school-aged children
- Supporting children's social and emotional development
- Supervising children and maintaining a safe setting
- Building positive relationships with children,
families and educators
- Supporting routines, mealtimes and transitions
- Following centre policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework
About You
We're looking for educators who are:
- Passionate about working with school-aged children
- Energetic, reliable and enthusiastic
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Creative and able to engage children through play and activities
- Versatile and available for morning and/or afternoon shifts
Qualifications in Education, Early Childhood, OOSH/OSHC or similar are highly regarded.
