About the Role

Based in Lavington NSW, this is a diverse and hands‑on position that will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tender preparation through to contract administration and project delivery within the construction industry.

The role offers flexibility, ongoing support, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates and tenders
- Managing contracts, variations, progress claims, and documentation
- Supporting or overseeing projects from award through to completion
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project performance

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction or building industry
- Experience in Contracts Administration and/or Project Management




- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent mathematical and spatial skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
