The Role

As our Events Coordinator, you’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every detail is covered — from initial inquiry to the final toast.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage private and corporate events across multiple venues
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions




- Work with venue managers and kitchen/bar teams to ensure flawless execution
- Manage event timelines, bookings, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hospitality standards
- Provide on-site support during events to guarantee guest satisfaction
