Company's Summary:

Are you a sharp and experienced Contract Administrator ready to take the reins on high-end construction projects? We're working with a high-performing Sydney-based construction company delivering premium commercial and high-rise residential developments — and they're looking for a capable Contract Administrator to support growing project demands.

n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll manage contracts, procurement, and costs across diverse developments. Ideal for someone proactive, collaborative, and results driven.

n

Job Responsibilities:

n

n
- Draft, review, and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and consultant agreements.
n
- Lead procurement activities including issuing RFQs, analyzing tenders, and conducting negotiations.
n
- Monitor and update budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow statements
n
- Handle contract administration including variations, progress claims, EOTs, and other related correspondence.
n
- Work closely with site and project teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance.
n
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to support project coordination.
n
- Maintain accurate project documentation and support final project handover and close-out.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction sector
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology,



contract administration, and cost management
n
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Capable of managing competing priorities in a high-paced project environment
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry tools such as Procore or Cheops
n
