A hands on HR Generalist role with a national not for profit organisation supporting First Nations and disadvantaged communities to start and grow businesses.

This is a 3 month temporary role covering a leave period, offering a flexibility with mostly work from home and just one day per week in the Sydney office.

n

You'll join a growing organisation of around 100 employees nationally, working within a collaborative People and Culture team where HR plays an active role supporting leaders, strengthening people practices and maintaining strong governance across the business.

n

In this role you'll partner with managers across recruitment, onboarding,



employee relations and performance support, while also contributing to WHS processes and Workers Compensation coordination.

n

You'll be joining a well connected People and Culture team of five, supporting a national workforce.

n

This role will suit someone with around five years HR generalist experience who enjoys operational HR, values flexibility and is motivated by working in an organisation with genuine community impact.
