We're now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham dealership and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.

About the Role
n
As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealership's Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver strong commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

You'll play a key leadership role in:

- Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targets
n
- Leading, developing and engaging your team
n
- Strengthening customer relationships and growing the client base
n
- Promoting the business through local events, field days and community engagement
