About Us

Willow Bridge Estate is a family-owned winery located in the Ferguson Valley, within Western Australia's Geographe Wine Region. Since establishing the vineyard in 1996, we have built a strong reputation for producing premium wines that reflect the character of our estate and the surrounding region.

Our wines are promoted and sold through a combination of cellar door experiences, online sales, wine club membership, winery events, distributors and selected international markets. As the business continues to strengthen its brand presence and expand customer engagement, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the next stage of our growth.

The role

Working closely with management and the wider winery team, the Marketing Specialist will plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activities across digital, direct-to-consumer, retail, trade and event channels.

The role will support the promotion of the Willow Bridge Estate and Dragonfly wine ranges, with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, wine club growth and campaign performance. You will also work with external designers, agencies, distributors and event partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently and effectively across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Willow Bridge Estate and Dragonfly wine ranges
- Conduct market research and monitor customer trends, competitors and market opportunities
- Plan campaigns for wine releases,



seasonal promotions, events and key sales periods
- Manage marketing activities across the website, online store, email, social media and digital advertising
- Manage and grow our e-commerce presence across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WeChat Mini Programs)
- Create accounts and localising content across WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, TikTok, and manage our existing Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Create promotional content, newsletters, product communications and campaign materials
- Support wine club membership growth, customer engagement and retention activities
- Coordinate marketing for cellar door promotions, tastings, winery events and regional tourism activities
- Liaise with distributors, designers, photographers, agencies and other external partners
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and recommendations

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or a highly related field
- Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing or brand management
- Solid written communication and content development skills
- Experience managing social media, email and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within a small collaborative team
