We're currently partnering with a highly regarded commercial builder to appoint an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team.

This is an established Melbourne builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering quality commercial projects across a diverse range of sectors. With a strong pipeline of negotiated and repeat business, they're continuing to invest in their estimating function and are looking for someone who enjoys working across a variety of project types.

Project values typically range across Tier 2 and Tier 3 commercial construction, with a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience estimating commercial construction projects for a local Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 commercial builder
- Ability to prepare and manage tenders across a range of commercial project values
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating software is advantageous
- Full Australian working rights
