About the role

n

MSS Security is seeking a Security Officer for a Full-time permanent position to join our team in Ulverstone. This role is ideal for those who are committed to safety, security, and providing exceptional service.

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Remain alert and observe surroundings to identify and report potential risks or suspicious behaviours.
n
- Monitor CCTV footage, access control and radio communication systems.
n
- Write incident reports and record occurrences where required.
n
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service.
n

n

Ideal candidates will have:

n

n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deescalate tense situations.
n
- A readiness, confidence and assertiveness to manage challenging situations.
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Valid Tasmanian Security licence.
n




- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
n
- 24/7 availability to work a rotating roster.
n

n
