An excellent opportunity for a motivated Real Estate Sales skilled to join a privately owned, diversified property business with operations spanning development through to property management, leasing and sales.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established Melbourne property business seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing Real Estate Sales team. Thanks to continued growth and a steady flow of listings generated directly from the in-house rental department, you'll be working qualified leads from motivated landlords who are ready to sell — not cold-calling for stock.

Our client specialises in inner-city apartments, and the close partnership between the Sales and Property Management divisions ensures a genuine, ongoing pipeline of referrals for this role.

The Role

n

Joining a small, close-knit Sales team, you'll have the unique advantage of receiving warm referrals and listings, rewarded through a generous base plus commission structure.

Key responsibilities include:

- Selling and prospecting / listing new business
n




- Partnering with the Property Management division to convert referrals
n
- Delivering a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for an independent, motivated Sales professional with:

n

n
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
n
- Experience selling inner-city apartments
n
- Demonstrated ability to list new business and convert opportunities
n
- A solid understanding of consumer behaviour across the sales cycle
n
- Strong relationship-building and client nurturing skills
n
- A current Agent's Representative or Real Estate Licence, valid driver's licence, and a clear police check
n
