What you’ll be doing:

As the door opens at our multicultural centre you will notice largenature based play spaces and a warm home like learningenvironments, in a quiet suburban area. You’ll lead the close-knitteam of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic,and inspiring environment. We're looking for someone enthusiasticand eager to be a responsible person and willing to open and closethe centre. You’ll also be promoting ‘School ReadY’, maintain high qualityprograms, manage compliance,



and truly engage with our wonderfulchildren and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk outthe door knowing the children are continuing to develop in body,mind, and spirit.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
- Have a minimum previous of 1 year being a room leader
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Previous experience in children services, developing andimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and have a currentWorking with Children card
