You will provide authoritative guidance to Return to Work Coordinators to enable protected, timely, and sustainable return to work outcomes for department employees injured at work.

You will partner with the department's insurer and rehabilitation providers, deliver training and policy advice, and contribute to continuous improvement across injury management
