The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in 2026.

We're now looking for experienced and passionate Supervisors to join our opening Front of House leadership team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

n

As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading service, supporting and developing the floor team, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality in a high-volume premium dining environment.

n

Working closely with the restaurant leadership team, you'll help drive service standards, team culture and smooth day-to-day operations across the venue.

What we're looking for

n

n




- Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a busy, premium dining restaurant
n
- Strong wine knowledge and confident upselling/pairing skills
n
- Natural leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
n
- Sound understanding of contemporary award frameworks, compliance, and WHS
n
- A genuine passion for service and an appreciation for quality food and wine
n
- Availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Valid RSA
n
