What You'll Do

- Handle and support Sales Executives' requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
n
- Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
n
- Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
n
- Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
n
- Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
n
- Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
n
- Create a positive,
customer-friendly experience through effective communication
n
- Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
n

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
n
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyCustomer-first mindset with a professional attitude
n
- Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
