About the role

n

Working within a supportive parts team, you will be the go-to person connecting the right parts with the right people, keeping vehicles moving and customers satisfied.

n

Your day-to-day will include:

n

n
- Identifying and supplying parts to retail customers, trade accounts, and workshop technicians, giving you variety across every shift
n
- Processing parts orders accurately through the dealer management system, building confidence in a well-established workflow
n
- Managing parts returns and warranties, so your attention to detail directly protects the business and its customers
n
- Maintaining tidy, well-organised stock through receiving, binning, and regular stocktakes
n
- Building relationships with trade and wholesale customers, growing a loyal base that values your knowledge
n
- Collaborating with the service and workshop teams to source parts quickly and keep jobs on schedule
n

About you

You bring genuine parts knowledge and a customer-first approach that makes complex requests look straightforward.

A little more about you:

- Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter in an automotive dealership or similar environment is essential
n
- Familiarity with electronic parts catalogues means you can locate the right component quickly and confidently
n




- Clear communication skills help you translate technical detail into plain language for customers of all backgrounds
n
- A methodical approach to stock management keeps the shelves accurate and the team prepared
n
- Hands-on experience with Pentana dealer management software is highly desirable and will see you contributing to the team from day one
n
