Aldus Engineering is a growing precision engineering and manufacturing business, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries. We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery & Quality Manager to lead customer project execution, while maintaining our commitment to quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

The role is responsible for managing customer orders and projects from receipt through to successful delivery, ensuring customer expectations, milestones, and quality requirements are consistently achieved.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role focused on planning, coordination, communication, and execution. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer projects and orders from initiation through to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Act as the primary customer contact for project updates, progress reviews, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate activities across Operations, Production, Programming, Procurement, and Quality functions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement recovery actions when required.
- Track and report project performance, milestones, and delivery status to management.
- Manage customer expectations through proactive and transparent communication.
- Lead project review meetings and coordinate stakeholder actions.




- Maintain oversight of the Quality Management System (ISO9001).
- Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer quality requirements and documentation are achieved.

About You

You are an organised and commercially minded project skilled who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

You will bring

- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required Australian Government security clearances.
- Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, defence, or related sectors.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Strong reporting and project tracking capability.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality management systems.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- Key leadership role within a growing engineering business.
