A$75,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer, committed to producing high-quality, safe, and delicious products for customers across Australia. Their focus on continuous improvement ensures they consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

n

The business is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Officer. In this key role, you will ensure that all products meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
n
- Conduct regular inspections and audits across production lines, facilities, and raw materials.
n
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards.
n
- Coordinate product testing and analyze results to drive improvements.
n
- Support the development and implementation of quality control systems and training programs.
n
- Report non-conformance and manage corrective actions as required.
n
- Maintain thorough records of inspections, tests, and quality control procedures.
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
n
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and relevant food safety standards; experience supplying to Coles or Woolworths is highly regarded.
n
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
n
- Knowledge of food testing methodologies is a plus.
n
