- Caseload: Support children (2-15 years) and some young adults across NDIS and private clients, presenting with ASD, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, intellectual and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, and adolescent mental health. A diverse generalist caseload to build broad clinical skills.

- Mentorship & Supervision: Led by a Senior OT with 15+ years’ experience, you'll receive 1:1 supervision, daily informal support, monthly wellbeing check-ins, and peer shadowing across clinics during onboarding.




- Career development: Access a$2,000 annual PD Allowance (pro rata, receive 2 days paid PD leave, fortnightly team meetings for internal training & opportunities to work alongside Speech Pathologists and Child Psychologists
- KPI's: Maximum 5.1 Billable Hours per day - with a focus on providing quality therapy

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
