About the role

We are seeking aPrincipal Business Analysttolead and deliver a renewed ICT Operating Model initiative for a state government client in Brisbane.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to driveprocess improvements, contribute to solution design, and producehigh-quality artefactssuitable for a range of audiences. The role also includesprocess re-engineering, providingstrategic and operational advice, and supportingknowledge transfer to uplift internal capability.

Required skills & experience

- Robust background working withinlarge enterprise platforms, such as:
- SAP S/4HANA(finance, business and logistics), and/or
- SAP ECC HR/Payroll, and/or
- WFM Rostering(or similar enterprise workforce/ERP solutions)

- Proven, senior-level experience as aBusiness Analyst(end-to-end delivery)
- Demonstrated capability instakeholder engagementacross diverse groups and seniority levels
- Strong experience inrequirements elicitationandfacilitating workshops
- Proven ability toanalyse current and future-state processes, identify issues, conduct research, anddocument solutions




- Experience withprocess re-engineeringand recommending practical improvements to policy/process where relevant
- Strongdocumentationskills (clear, structured artefacts for multiple stakeholder audiences)
- High-levelorganisation and time-management, handling large workloads with high accuracy
- Experience ingovernment sector or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable
