About the Role
n
Provide HSE support to Greenbushes, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, productive and compliant delivery.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.
n
- Provide expert mentoring and guidance on HSEQ Management Systems.
n
- Engage with clients on WHS activities and monitor site-based lead and lag indicators.
n
- Assist with accident and incident investigations as needed.
n
- Conduct risk assessments to support operational safety.
n
- Oversee site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.
n
- Perform site inspections and audits according to the annual safety planner and activity planners.
n

What You'll Bring

- Australian recognised Auditing qualification is desirable

- Experience in HSE within mining

- Strong attention to detail and service mindset
