About The Role

n

Delivery:

n

- Leveraging your expertise to guide and deliver world-class native iOS applications for leading organisations in South Africa.
n
- Driving engineering excellence through modern iOS development practices, continuous integration, automated testing, and a streamlined DevOps culture.
n
- Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
n
- Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
n
- Minimum 6 years' experience as an iOS software engineer in an enterprise environment.
n
- Experience driving a delivery team together with other disciplines to successfully deliver a product.
n
- A hunger to continually improve those around you through mentorship, guidance, and awareness of what drives those on your team.
n
- Strong expertise in native iOS development using Swift, with a solid understanding of Apple's development ecosystem.
n
- Experience building scalable, maintainable mobile applications with clean architecture and best practices.
n
- Ability to architect and structure mobile solutions within an enterprise environment.
n
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
n
- Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2 to 3 times per week.
n
- A strong customer-facing ability.
n
- Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
n

What To Expect from the Recruitment Process:

Our aim is to make the recruitment process as efficient as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.

- The first step is an initial conversation with our talent team to get to know you better and introduce you to Entelect and all that we have to offer.

- The next step will be a 1.5-hour in‐person technical interview at one of our offices where you will meet some of our leadership team.

- Following the technical interview, we will invite you back for an in‐person case study presentation where we will give you the prospect to showcase your leadership skills.

- Finally, if we are both aligned, we wrap up the process with salary discussions and present you with an offer of employment.
