About the Role
n
A rare opportunity exists for a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth, ASX-listed business operating at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and supply chain.
n
Reporting to the CEO, this is a true 2IC role, with broad influence across strategy, commercial execution, and business performance.
n
The organisation is entering a critical growth phase, with a clear mandate to:
n
n
- Scale revenue significantly over the next 3-5 years
n
- Evolve its product and revenue model
n
- Expand into international markets
n
- Execute on a targeted M&A; and partnership strategy
n
n
This role will suit a CFO who wants to be deeply embedded in the business, partnering across product, commercial and operational teams to drive outcomes.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define and execute strategy
n
- Lead all ASX reporting, governance, investor relations, tax and treasury activities
n
- Drive commercial decision-making, including pricing, partnerships and product monetisation
n
- Develop and enhance financial planning and analysis capability, with a focus on unit economics and performance drivers
n
- Lead M&A; activity end-to-end, including origination, due diligence, structuring and integration
n
- Support international expansion, including financial modelling, risk management and market entry strategy
n
- Provide financial leadership across product and customer analytics, including SaaS and recurring revenue metrics
n
- Build and scale a high-performing finance function, aligned to a growing organisation
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Minimum 5+ years CFO (or equivalent senior finance leadership) experience within an ASX-listed environment or high growth organisation
n
- Proven experience operating in a product-led, multi-product business
n
- Demonstrated M&A; execution experience, including transaction and integration capability
n
- Exposure to international expansion and multi-market operations
n
- Strong background across SaaS, marketplace, data/analytics or recurring revenue models
n
- Experience in consumer, healthcare, pharma or supply chain-intensive industries will be highly regarded
n
- Deep understanding of commercial drivers, unit economics, and business performance
n
- Strong capability across tax, treasury, governance, and capital markets
n
- CA, CPA or CFA qualification (MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
