What You'll Do:

n

n
- Deliver expert support and exceptional customer satisfaction as a senior member of the team.
n
- Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of Workplace and Collaboration systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
n
- Provide high-level engineering insights in planning sessions, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
n
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, automation, and efficiency gains.
n
- Act as a technical SME for in-office technology platforms, managing onboarding, installation, and Level 3 support for collaboration hardware and software.
n
- Manage production system availability and ensure SLAs for incidents and service requests are met or exceeded.
n
- Maintain and enhance operational processes, knowledge bases, and documentation across the Collaboration space.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experienced engineer with solid problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Advanced knowledge of video conferencing systems, including Cisco Webex, MTRoW, MTRoA,



and Teams Admin Centre.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and desktop environments (Windows 10/11, macOS).
n
- Hands‐on experience with IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow) and monitoring platforms.
n
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and agile methodologies, with experience in strategy, roadmaps, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
n
- Experience with telephony systems (CUCM, MS Teams Calling, SIP, VoIP) and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) highly regarded.
n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
n
