About the Role
n
As our Plant Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of civil plant, heavy machinery and company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, reliable and ready for site.
n
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll carry out scheduled servicing, diagnose and repair faults, respond to breakdowns both in the workshop and on-site, and work closely with the Plant Manager to keep downtime to a minimum.
n
You'll be joining a supportive workshop team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining a safe workplace, and keeping our operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
n
Qualified Plant Mechanic and/or Heavy Vehicle Trade
n
5+ years' experience working on civil plant and/or heavy vehicles.
n
Experience with welding and metal fabrication is highly regarded.
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence (HR licence advantageous).
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
n
A high level of attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
n
Reliable, motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
n
Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
