About the Role
n
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are assembled, packed, and checked to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
- Operate across various machines and production lines as required
n
- Assemble cardboard cartons and inserts on the production line
n
- Pack finished products accurately into cartons
n
- Perform basic quality checks, including label verification
n
- Remove unfilled or non-conforming products from the production line
n
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow
n
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
n
What We're Looking For
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Previous experience in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is highly regarded
n
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
n
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving products during the shift
n
- Comfortable working in a production or warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
n
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, and manual handling activities
n
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
n
