Plumber Supplies Australia (plumbersupplies.com.au) is a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B trade supply business, sourcing plumbing products direct from manufacturers and supplying licensed trade accounts across Australia. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our national footprint among licensed plumbers.

Plumber Supplies Australia (plumbersupplies.com.au) is a quick-growing e-commerce and B2B trade supply business, sourcing plumbing products direct from manufacturers and supplying licensed trade accounts across Australia. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our national footprint among licensed plumbers.

The Role

Based at our Geebung head office, you'll be the face of PSA to plumbers across the country — building relationships, growing our trade account base, and championing our market-leading Tradeperks Program. This is a hunter role focused on current business, with plenty of scope to also grow and retain existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and win new trade accounts (plumbers, plumbing businesses)

- Promote PSA's product range and private-label brands





- Drive uptake and engagement of the Tradeperks Program

- Build and maintain strong relationships with licensed plumbers and trade customers

- Conduct client visits, site meetings, and trade events as required (travel involved)

- Manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, calls, and opportunities

- Work closely with the director to align on promotions, pricing, and stock

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in trade, building supplies, or plumbing

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a genuine "hunter" mentality for new business

- Comfortable with regular travel to meet clients

- Confident using CRM/sales tools (Zoho, Monday.com, Shopify exposure a plus)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Current driver's licence
