Golden Coffee Bar is expanding and recruiting a full-time barista. Golden, by two well-known Melbourne hospitality brands, combines a benchmark international coffee program, a sophisticated grilled-to-order cheese toastie menu, and best-in-class soft serve. It might just be Melbourne's perfect lunch.

Golden, a CBD coffee bar at 55 Collins St, is expanding to a new location at QV Melbourne and recruiting a full-time barista to join our team for opening. Golden is all about delicious things, done well, in a fun, engaging environment. We are looking for a barista who can deliver a sleek and sophisticated coffee experience in a fast-paced environment. Whilst naturally, previous barista experience is important, exceptional customer service skills and a great work ethic are paramount. With an established coffee and coffee-beverage program in place, we are recruiting for a barista who can use their creativity to build on our coffee-beverage program, in part, incorporating our soon-to-be-launched soft serve, exclusive to our QV store. As part of a broader hospitality group,



this is a real opportunity for a barista who wants to be a part of something genuinely new and exciting! Golden QV will be open 7 days a week from 7 am, and whilst there is some roster flexibility, full availability is preferable, including weekends. Initial training would be conducted at our Collins St location until the QV opening in October.

- Passionate about great food, coffee, and working as part of a team.
