The role:

n

- Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients
n
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice
n
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and finalise policies
n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
n
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements
n

About you:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in general insurance, ideally in broking or account management
n
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
n
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade)
n
- Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
n
