Are you an experienced operations supervisor with a passion for transport, safety, and customer service? We are seeking a hands-on operations supervisor to lead a small team and oversee the efficient, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of transport operations.

- Position based at Wetherill Park

Responsibilities

n

n
- Schedule and manage daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
n
- Report on DIFOT and operational performance to the Operations Manager.
n
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance through routine audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
n
- Lead and support a team of drivers, administrators, and subcontractors.
n
- Manage payroll, attendance, and team training needs.
n
- Monitor and utilise operational systems to drive performance and productivity.
n

Qualifications

n

n




- Strong knowledge of road transport regulations, including Standard Hours and BFM.
n
- Experience in fleet scheduling, compliance auditing, and safety reporting.
n
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
n
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a can-do attitude.
n
- High attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
