This small, family-sized paediatric clinic based in Liverpool has built its reputation around helping clinicians develop strong clinical foundations through structured mentoring, hands-on support and high-quality supervision. Rather than being left to figure things out on your own, you'll work closely with the two Directors who are senior Speech Pathologists passionate about teaching, mentoring and helping clinicians thrive.

You'll receive structured onboarding, weekly supervision and regular one-on-one support, allowing you to ask questions, debrief cases and continue building your skills in a safe and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is community and clinic paediatric role working with a range of presentations.



No home visits - work exclusively in clinic, schools and child care facilities.

You will support children across areas including:

- Early language development
- Literacy support
- Speech sound disorders
- Communication development

The clinic does not provide feeding therapy and does not work with highly complex presentations, making it an excellent environment for graduates and junior clinicians to build confidence, strengthen their clinical reasoning and consolidate core speech pathology skills.

All travel is within close proximity to the clinic so no excessive travel required.

About the Team

You will be joining a supportive team consisting of:

- 2 Senior Speech Pathologists (Directors)
- 4 Junior to Intermediate level Speech Pathologists
- 2 Allied Health Assistants
- Dedicated Clinic Manager providing full administrative support

The director has extensive expertise in literacy intervention, while the other has significant experience supporting children with early language development. Together, they provide complementary mentoring and supervision, giving graduates and junior clinicians exposure to a broad range of clinical knowledge and experience.

As a smaller clinic, you'll have direct access to both clinical leaders and receive the kind of personalised support, coaching and feedback that can be difficult to find in larger organisations.

The leadership team genuinely wants to see their clinicians succeed and has built the service around teaching, collaboration and professional growth.

Who We're Looking For

- SPA qualified Speech Pathologist (or graduating soon)
- New graduates and clinicians with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
