The Opportunity

We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Kedron urgent care practice. As a key team member, you will manage a busy front‐desk reception, welcome patients, support health care professionals, and perform general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greeting patients and welcoming them into the Centre
n
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database
n
- Scheduling appointments when required
n
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries
n
- Providing administration support and other ad‐hoc duties
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage
n
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional & personable telephone manner
n
- Detail‐orientated
n




- Ability to multi‐task and prioritise
n
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
n
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently
n
- Neat and professional presentation
n
- Required to provide a Working with Children's check, National Police check if not already obtained, and International police check where relevant
n
