Maven Dental Yokine is looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming practice in a permanent part‐time role (35 hours per week across 4 days). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a great patient experience while working alongside a close‐knit team.

We're ideally looking for someone with previous dental assisting or clinical experience who understands the day‐to‐day flow of a dental practice and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description
n
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and play an important role in keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day‐to‐day tasks will include:
n

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanour
n
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
n
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
n
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
n
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
n
n
Roster
n
n
- Monday – Thursday: 7:45am – 5:45pm
n
- Friday: 7:45am – 4:45pm
n
- 1‐hour lunch break
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist,
Dental Assistant or within a dental practice is highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
n
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
n
- Positive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
n
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
n
