As an Asset & Lifecycle Manageris responsible for the successful delivery of Project outcomes in our Truganina, Victoria site. This will require preparation, planning, executing and controllingallaspectsoftheproject and service assetseitherdirectlyorthroughdelegationwiththeon-sitefacility team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling of all assets within the corrections team through collaboration with site technicians, supervisors, engineers and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintainandupdateassetmanagementplan
- Developandprepareprojectoutlinesforlargecapitalandlifecycleprojects
- Maintainandupdateassetdata,includingconditiontobepresentedtothe client
- Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts for asset data and deliver the annual works plan per the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan
- Manage and maintain spare parts schedules to meet customer contract requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

- At least 3 years relevant Asset management experience
- Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential)
- Proven experience in facilities and asset management
- Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments




- Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred)
- Excellent computer skills and expert in Excel (desired)
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify technical solutions to customers’ business needs
- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiating skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
- Flexible, and ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced environment
- A robust commitment to safety and a safe working environment
