Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established global infrastructure business to recruit an experienced Head of Legal – Construction. This is a key leadership role. You will lead a high-calibre legal team and play a central role in supporting the delivery of major global infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing clear direction, mentoring, and performance management to deliver high-quality legal support.
n
- Oversee legal support on the development and delivery of infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on EPC and construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, and operations & maintenance (O&M;) arrangements.
n
- Provide strategic legal advice on project delivery, risk allocation, claims management, and contract administration across complex construction programs.
n
- Support related corporate transactions, project financings, and deals tied to infrastructure assets and platforms.
n
- Partner closely with commercial, development, project, and technical teams to structure bankable, practical solutions that enable timely and successful project delivery.

- Manage external counsel efficiently across multiple jurisdictions
n




- Deliver pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal and commercial advice to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-growth environment.

About You

n

n
- 15+ years post-qualification experience, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house infrastructure/construction role, with experience leading a legal team.
n
- Strong technical expertise in major projects
n
- Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and collaborative, with the ability to lead and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth global business.
n
- Genuine interest in large-scale infrastructure development and the intersection of construction, energy, and next-generation technology projects.
