About the Role

n

Join Asado — Melbourne's renowned Argentinian grill in the heart of Southbank — as a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor. Known for its open-fire cooking, premium steaks and vibrant dining experience, Asado offers the opportunity to lead a passionate front-of-house team while delivering exceptional service in one of Melbourne's most respected restaurants.

Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll receive dedicated monthly appraisals,



genuine qualified support and ongoing leadership development while playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

n

In the Restaurant Supervisor role, your day-to-day will involve:

- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
n
- Supervising service to ensure smooth operations, high standards and efficient communication between the floor and kitchen
n
- Coaching and developing team members through real-time feedback and support
n
- Assisting with staff training, onboarding and performance management
n
- Managing guest enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and confidently
n
- Supporting the management team with opening and closing procedures, service standards and daily operations
n

Our successful candidate will have:

n

n
- 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within a premium, high-volume venue
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- The ability to remain calm and lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- A positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset
n
