At Perway Construction Services, we're not your average builder. Based in Greenwood, we specialise in high-performance, energy-efficient homes, renovations, extensions and EcoPods, using timber frame construction and passive house principles.

Now, we're looking for a Project Manager / Senior Site Supervisor who thinks the same way.

This is not a role for someone who reacts. It is for someone who leads.

The Role

n

You will own 3 to 6 active residential projects end-to-end, covering new builds, renovations, granny flats and EcoPods, from prestart through to handover. You split your time between site and office, and you are equally sharp at both.

What you will be responsible for:

n

- Full financial ownership from day one – trade quote reviews, PO approvals, timesheets, WIP tracking and cost-to-complete reporting. No surprises at the end.
n
- Preparing and maintaining look‐ahead schedules that actually get followed.
n
- Coordinating trades with precision.
n
- Keeping clients informed, confident and positive.
n
- Weekly project reports: percentage completion, WIP status, cost-to-complete. Accurate. On time. Every time.
n
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to protect margin without compromising build quality.
n
- Owning your admin: records, photos, documentation, system updates, without being managed.
n
- Using Wunderbuild and SharePoint consistently and accurately.
n
- Contributing to how Perway improves. If you see a better way, say so.

Who You Are

n





You are a structured, commercially sharp PM who knows that a well‐run project is a financially controlled project. You plan properly, write clearly, and your admin does not fall behind.

n

Essential

n

n
- Certificate III in Carpentry
n
- White Card, Driver Licence and First Aid Certificate
n
- Proven residential construction experience with demonstrated budget accountability
n
- Strong scheduling and planning capability
n
- Strong communication skills with trades, clients, suppliers and office team members
n
- High financial literacy: trade quotes, POs, timesheets, WIP, cost-to-complete
n
- Confident with phones, apps, emails, photos, construction management software and digital workflows
n
- Ability to read plans, specs and scopes with confidence
n
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction supervision experience
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality and workmanship
n
- Team player, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
n

Preferred

n

n
- Diploma of Building and Construction
n
- Passive House or passive building experience
n
- Pro Clima wrapping training (or genuine interest in completing it)
n
- Wunderbuild experience or similar software
n




- Established Perth subcontractor relationships
n
- Granny flat or modular dwelling delivery experience
n

Hard no: If you avoid admin, need constant follow‐up or are chasing others to find out what is happening on your own sites, this is not your role.
