Join JJ's Waste & Recycling – Australia as a Call Center Team Lead. The role is based in our Dandenong South office and focuses on delivering high‐quality customer support to our commercial clients while leading a small team of customer service agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, handling inbound calls and enquiries in a timely manner.
n
- Process documentation and data entry accurately, ensuring all records meet required timeframes.
n
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including follow‐ups, escalations and preparation of outgoing communications.
n
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management teams to facilitate information flow.
n
- Mentor, train and develop the call‐centre team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
n
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
n

Desired Qualifications

n
- Experience in customer service and call‐centre environments, preferably in a high‐volume setting.
n
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
n




- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
n
- Experience in transport, logistics or the service industry is highly regarded.
n
- Dedication, reliability and a desire to grow within a secure, family‐owned enterprise.
