Montville Health Centre is a well-established medical practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred healthcare. We are a growing practice and we're looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative and experienced team.

Responsibilities include:

- Chronic Condition Management (Care Plans & Reviews)
n
- Health Assessments
n
- Immunisations (Childhood, Adult and Travel)
n
- ECGs, Spirometry and Ear Syringing
n
- Assisting with minor procedures
n
- Patient education and preventative healthcareCold Chain Management
n
- Infection prevention and control
n
- Keeping your Nurses and Doctor's room clean and tidy to a high standard
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Current CPR Certificate
n
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination status in accordance with healthcare requirements
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- A genuine passion for patient care and the community
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n

n

General Practice experience and experience using Best Practice software will be highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right candidate.

n
