Senior Recruitment Consultant - Java | AEM | Integration

6-12 month Contract | Melbourne

Paying up to $1000 a day

We're looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Cloud Architect to help clients turn customer experience strategy into deliverable, scalable Adobe solutions. You'll partner with delivery leads and stakeholders to shape end-to-end architectures, translate business goals into practical use cases, and guide implementation across multiple Adobe platforms.

What you'll be doing

n

- Partner with technical leads and client stakeholders to design architectures that best leverage Adobe marketing automation capabilities, aligned to strategy and industry standards.
n
- Own the solution approach for platforms including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic—from discovery and requirements through design, proof-of-concept, testing, and go-live.
n
- Convert complex customer experience strategies into sequenced delivery roadmaps, accounting for priorities, dependencies, and technology prerequisites.
n
- Map each roadmap phase to explicit, executable use cases with measurable outcomes.
n




- Collaborate with technology partners as needed to ensure delivery capacity and provide guidance on upcoming product enhancements and how clients can benefit from them.

What you'll bring

n

n
- Strong experience architecting enterprise-scale solutions across the Adobe Marketing Cloud, with a particular focus on AJO, plus exposure to Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Marketo.
n
- Proven integration capability across Adobe products and adjacent tools, including Audience Manager, Target, AEM, and Adobe Analytics (architecture certifications across the stack are a strong advantage).
n
- Working understanding of CI/CD concepts and modern delivery practices.
n
- A history of leading Adobe platform solution delivery, with the ability to steer teams and clients across the full project lifecycle.
