n This is an opportunity to join a well-established industrial manufacturing business supplying critical products to some of Australia's largest industries.

Working as part of a high-performing finance team, you'll be the trusted commercial partner to operational and business leaders, taking ownership of forecasting, financial performance, inventory and commercial decision support across multiple business units.

n

This is a genuine business partnering role where your ability to build relationships, influence outcomes and provide commercial insight will be just as important as your technical finance capability.
n What you'll be doing

n

n
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve business performance
n
- Own the full P&L;, forecasting and financial performance across multiple business units
n
- Deliver budgeting, rolling forecasts and month-end reporting with accuracy and commercial insight
n
- Support pricing, investment and operational decisions through financial modelling and analysis
n
- Lead weekly performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities and actions
n
- Drive inventory performance and working capital optimisation alongside Operations and Supply Chain
n
- Prepare insightful financial reporting and present findings to senior leadership
n
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate processes and enhance financial visibility
n

About You

n

You're an experienced Finance Business Partner who enjoys working alongside the business rather than behind a desk.

n

You will also have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering or Management Accounting roles in a manufacturing setting
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Accounting
n
- High level commercial/business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights to guide decision making
n




- Robust financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and P&L; ownership
n
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
n
- Highly adept and experienced with ERP Systems
n
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence, challenge and build rapport with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams
n
- A hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running in a lean, collaborative team
n
- Natural problem solver and inquisitive by nature
n

Highly Regarded

n

- High-level capability across Power BI, Dynamics 365 or similar
n
- Extensive experience in similar roles across mining services, heavy industry or industrial
n

n
