This role is ideal for an experienced construction litigator seeking greater autonomy, high-quality work and a genuine pathway towards Partnership.

You'll work across matters including:

- Defective works disputes

- Delay, disruption and extension of time claims

- Professional negligence claims

- Supreme Court and District Court litigation
