Job Description

Responsibilities

- Real Estate Agent: Conduct property valuations and market analyses, market properties to potential buyers, negotiate sales agreements, provide guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

- Property Manager: Manage tenant relations and lease agreements, coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with local regulations, collect rent and manage financial records.

- Property Investment Consultant: Conduct research on property markets, develop financial models to assess potential returns, provide recommendations based on market conditions.

Salary Range

Minimum $32,000, average $48,000, maximum $80,000 per annum. The Australian average annual salary for real estate industry roles is approximately $53,549.
