NDIS Support Worker — Hornsby & Surrounding Areas True Embrace Pty Ltd | Casual | Multiple Positions Available

We're looking for warm, reliable, and genuinely caring Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting participants in and around Hornsby. Shifts vary and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional sleepovers, so there's flexibility to suit different availabilities.

Key responsibilities

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social/recreational activities
- Transport to appointments, outings, and activities
- Domestic assistance and light household tasks
- Building independence and working towards personal goals
- Companionship and genuine, respectful connection

About you

- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live the life they choose
- Patience, reliability, and robust communication skills
- A valid NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check, if supporting younger participants
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care,



or a related field is well regarded but not essential
